A 'people person' with senior business skills as well as a leader, a coach and a mentor.
She completed the 'Global Challenge - the world's toughest yacht race' in July 2005. Circumnavigating the world, the 'wrong way' against the prevailing conditions, in 35,000 miles and ten months. The Global Challenge was a monumental adventure and a huge physical and mental challenge. It gave her strength and confidence, and a more professional and competitive attitude. Paula is now training for her next challenge.
Paula has been to 43 countries and achieved 78 of her 'things to do before she dies'.
