Paula's current challenge involves physical fitness, friends and philanthropy in ‘50 Good Turns’.

She plans to cycle across all 50 European Countries, with different people and with the aim to do ‘one good deed’ in each country.

So 50 countries, 50 people, 50 charities. You can track her here: https://my.yb.tl/paulareid. Not yet knowing what the Good Deeds will involve, Paula's prepared to take on anything – thinking that some charitable events will be planned and potentially lasting a few days, and some may be spontaneous and reactive, depending on encounters along the way.

A few friends have already signed up to accompany Paula along the way – Holland, Monaco and San Marino being some of the more popular requests! Friends so far who have committed include: Alex Alley (Paula's husband who has just returned from attempting to break the solo, non-stop round-the-world sailing record), Newall Hunter (Grand slam adventurer who has summited all 7 summits in 7 continents and skied to both Poles) and the Coxless Crew (a team of women who recently rowed the Pacific).

She is in good company. So far Russia and Switzerland have yet to be chosen and Paula's not sure whether she will be allowed to cycle across the Vatican City! If you would like to cycle a country with Paula, know of a ‘good deed’ that needs to be done or are willing to offer a cup of tea en route, get in touch!
