Adventurer Paula Reid is part of a team planning to row non-stop from the Canary Islands to the Caribbean in December 2021 – in the Talisker Whiskey Atlantic Challenge.
It’s the latest adventure for Paula, who’s also an adventure psychologist and expert on maintaining a positive mindset.
Previously, she’s ski’d, sailed and cycled on several awe-inspiring expeditions, but she’s new to rowing. That said, she recently warmed up for the Atlantic row, by rowing a marathon in her living room to support Eddie Izzard’s latest running challenge.
